B2B SEO and AEO agency: pipeline, not traffic

October 1, 2026

Noudar AI

SEO and AEO experts

Noudar AI is a B2B SEO and AEO agency for software and hardware companies. We find the questions your buyers ask on Google and in AI answers. Then we build the pages and mentions that help you get named, and we report leads and deals, not traffic.

We turn AI visibility into pipeline.

Why does B2B search look different now?

Short answer: many B2B buyers now start in an AI chatbot, not on Google. They get a shortlist before they ever visit your site.

So you need two things: pages that rank when buyers search, and a place in the answer when they ask. Most B2B teams have no data on the second.

What does "pipeline, not traffic" mean in practice?

Short answer: we start from the questions a buyer asks when ready to choose, not from the biggest keywords. A page read by a few buyers who are ready to choose beats a blog post read by thousands of students.

Here is the difference:

Traffic-first workPipeline-first work
"What is a CRM?" glossary post"Best CRM for field sales teams"
Trend posts that chase volume"[Your product] vs [competitor]" page with a fair table
A guide nobody in your market buys fromPricing page that answers "how much" in plain words
Rankings reportLeads, SQLs and deals by source
Generic "top 10 tips" listIntegration page: "Does it work with SAP?"

We build the bottom of the funnel first. Those pages convert, and they answer what buyers ask AI before a shortlist.

B2B hardware and devices: what changes?

Short answer: hardware buyers check specs, fit and where to buy. Your pages need to answer those questions in plain text. A spec locked in an image or a PDF datasheet is harder for Google and AI engines to read and quote.

What we focus on for hardware and device companies:

  • Spec pages in HTML. Key specs, sizes, standards and certifications as text and tables, not only in a PDF.
  • "Which model for which use" pages. Buyers ask "which sensor for outdoor use" or "best rugged tablet for warehouses". One clear page per use case.
  • Comparison pages. Your model vs the common alternatives, with a fair table.
  • Distributor and reseller lists. "Where can I buy X in Germany" is a real buyer question. A clear, current list helps both buyers and engines.

Our platform also checks hardware questions, such as "AEO agency for a B2B hardware company". Few of the agency pages we read mention B2B hardware at all.

To be clear: we have no hardware clients yet. What we bring is the method, and we apply it with you.

What stays the same in SEO and what is new for AI answers?

Short answer: most of classic B2B SEO still matters. What is new is earning mentions on the sites AI engines read, and tracking answers by engine.

AreaStays the sameNew for AI answers
ResearchKeyword research by intentBuyer prompts, run in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
TechnicalCrawl, index, speed, clean site structureCheck that AI search bots can reach your pages
PagesComparison, pricing, use-case, integration pagesA short direct answer at the top of each section
AuthorityLinks from relevant sitesMentions on the lists, directories and review sites engines use
MeasurementRankings, organic leadsShare of voice by engine, AI channel in GA4, "how did you hear"
HygieneSchema, sitemapsllms.txt is only a proposal. Neither it nor schema is a lever for AI answers

The mentions part matters more than most teams expect. From our platform, on "which agency should I hire" questions, about half (49%) of Perplexity's sources were "best of" lists. Clutch alone was 51% of the links ChatGPT cited. The engines lean on pages other people write about a category. Your own site is only part of the story.

Our platform also found that only about 1 in 8 of the companies named (12%) appeared in both ChatGPT's and Perplexity's answers. So we track each engine apart.

What do you get in 90 days, and what does it cost?

For context, published SEO and AEO retainers run from USD 3,000 a month (Optimist advisory) to EUR 15,995 a month and up (Discovered Labs), as of 1 Oct 2026. Omniscient Digital starts at USD 10,000 a month. Our offer is lower because we are new and need case studies. We have none yet, and we say so.

AI does the research, checks, first drafts and tracking. SEO and AEO experts make every call.

How do we report?

Short answer: every month you get one report that starts with pipeline, then shows what we shipped and how AI answers changed.

  1. Pipeline. Leads, SQLs and deals from organic search and AI tools, from GA4 and your CRM.
  2. How buyers found you. Answers from the "how did you hear about us?" field on your forms.
  3. AI channel. Visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity and others, set up as a GA4 custom channel group.
  4. Share of voice. How often you are named for your buyer prompts, by engine, with the questions and date stated.
  5. What we shipped. Pages, fixes and mentions this month.
  6. Next month. What we will do, and why.

We don't report traffic value or a single "AI score". If a number has a small sample, we say so. Our own starting point is honest too: our platform found that AI does not name Noudar AI yet.

FAQ

Do B2B buyers really use AI chatbots to find vendors?
What should a B2B SEO agency report instead of traffic?

Pipeline first: leads, SQLs and deals from organic search and AI tools, matched to your CRM. Then how buyers found you, from a "how did you hear about us?" field, and AI visits as their own GA4 custom channel group. Last, how often AI names you by engine, with the questions and date stated.

How is SEO for B2B hardware different from SaaS?

Hardware buyers check specs, fit and where to buy, so the pages differ. Put key specs, sizes and certifications in HTML text and tables, not only in a PDF datasheet. Add one page per use case ("which sensor for outdoor use"), fair model comparisons and a current distributor list. The method stays the same: answer buyer questions plainly.

Which B2B pages should we build first for pipeline?

Start with the pages buyers read when they are close to choosing. That means "[product] vs [competitor]" pages with a fair table, a pricing page that answers "how much" in plain words, use-case pages and integration pages. These convert, and they answer what buyers ask AI before they build a shortlist. Glossary and trend posts can wait.
