Who we are
Noudar AI is an SEO and AEO agency based in Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect through noudar.ai, why, and what you can do about it. We are the controller of this data. Contact: hello@noudar.ai. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what we need:
Free audit form
Your name, work email, company website, the competitors you list and the buyer questions you share.
Calls and email
Your name, email, company and anything you choose to tell us when you book a call or write to us.
Website use and cookies
Basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies the site needs to work and analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We don't collect sensitive data, and we don't buy lists.
Why we use it
We use your data to:
- Run your free audit and send you the results. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.
- Reply to you, and do our work if you become a client. Legal basis: contract.
- Understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it.
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting duties. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the site and our work, each bound to protect it:
- Webflow, for website hosting and forms.
- Google Workspace, for email and documents.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Audit requests that don't lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted. Client data: for the length of the contract, plus what tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data: at most 26 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to send it to you or another company. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@noudar.ai and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at cnpd.pt.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
