Noudar AI

SEO and AEO experts

Noudar AI is an AI-native SEO and AEO agency for B2B SaaS companies at roughly 1M to 10M ARR. We build the pages and mentions that help you show up on Google and in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. We focus on the questions buyers ask before a demo, and we measure the result in pipeline.

We turn AI visibility into pipeline.

Who is this for?

Short answer: B2B SaaS teams with real customers and buyers who research in AI tools and Google before sales.

You are a good fit if:

  • You sell B2B software and have roughly 1M to 10M ARR.
  • Your buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity "what is the best tool for X" before a demo.
  • You don't show up in those answers, and a competitor keeps getting named.
  • Organic is flat, paid costs more, and the board asks about AI search.

We are not the right fit for local SEO, consumer ecommerce or large enterprise programmes. Before product-market fit, start with positioning, not search.

Is it worth it at 2M ARR? Often, yes, if your buyers already search for your category. Less so if deals come almost only from outbound. The free audit is a cheap way to check.

What does SaaS SEO look like when buyers ask AI first?

Short answer: you now need two kinds of proof. Pages that rank on Google, and mentions on the sites AI engines read. The engines don't read the same sites, and they rarely agree on who to name.

Our platform asks ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions buyers ask, with web search on, and sorts every source by type. Here is what it found in September 2026.

  • The engines lean on different sources. From our platform, 45% of the links ChatGPT cited were directories and review sites such as Clutch and G2. Of the sources Perplexity read, 35% were guides and tools, with lists close behind. One page will not win both.
  • The engines disagree on who to recommend. Our platform found that only about 1 in 8 of the companies named (12%) appeared in both ChatGPT's and Perplexity's answers.

On "which agency should I hire" questions, about half (49%) of Perplexity's sources were "best of" lists, many of them written by agencies. To be named, you need a strong page of your own and a place on those lists. Our platform's answers are close to, not the same as, what buyers see in the apps.

What do we do in the first 90 days?

Short answer: two weeks to learn your company, check what AI says and plan by impact. Then fixes and first money pages. From week 5, new pages and upgrades every two weeks, plus mentions.

How the 90 days run: learn and plan, fix and ship, then build and earn, with a weekly AI check and a monthly pipeline report.

AI does the heavy lifting: research, checks, first drafts and tracking. SEO and AEO experts make every call and edit what goes live.

How do SEO and AEO work together on one SaaS site?

Short answer: most of the work is the same work. A page that answers a buyer's question well helps both. What AEO adds is mentions on other sites and tracking answers by engine.

TaskHelps GoogleHelps AI answers
Fix crawl and index issuesYes, coreYes, AI search bots must reach the page too
"X vs Y" and alternatives pagesYes, high intentYes, engines quote clear comparisons
Pricing and use-case pages in plain wordsYesYes, they answer "how much" and "is it for me"
A direct answer at the top of each sectionSomeYes, engines lift short, self-contained passages
Mentions on lists, directories and review sitesSome, via linksYes, engines use them often
Schema and llms.txtHygieneHygiene, not a lever
Track answers by engine and promptNoYes, it is the only way to see them

Google says no special optimisations are needed to appear in AI Overviews and AI Mode. AEO is good SEO, plus outside mentions and tracking.

What does it cost?

Short answer: EUR 3,000 for 90 days, in two payments, with a refund if we miss the goals we agree at kickoff.

For context, published SaaS SEO and AEO retainers run from USD 3,000 a month (Optimist advisory) to EUR 15,995 a month and up (Discovered Labs), as of 1 Oct 2026 (full range). We are new and have no client case studies yet. That is why the batch is priced this way.

How do we measure it?

Short answer: in pipeline first, then in answer share: how often AI names you, by engine.

  • AI channel in GA4. We set up a custom channel group so visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity and others show as their own line.
  • "How did you hear about us?" A free-text field on your demo form, where AI-sourced buyers often say so.
  • Share of voice by engine. How often you are named for your buyer prompts in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews (where they show). We re-check every question each week, because AI answers change from one ask to the next. No single vanity score.
  • Monthly pipeline report. Leads, SQLs and deals from organic and AI, next to what we shipped.

We hold ourselves to the same rule. Our platform found that AI does not name Noudar AI yet. That is our honest starting point.

How do we compare to other SaaS SEO agencies?

Short answer: we are a small, new team with a low entry price and a refund. Larger agencies have case studies and bigger teams. Pick by fit.

FAQ

Does a SaaS SEO agency cover ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?

Some do, many don't, so ask. Google says no special optimisations are needed to appear in AI Overviews and AI Mode, so good SEO covers part of it. The rest is earning mentions on the lists and directories engines read, and tracking answers by engine and prompt. An agency that skips those two only covers Google.

Is a SaaS SEO agency worth it at 2M ARR?

Often, yes, if buyers already search for your category before they talk to sales. It is less useful if almost all your deals come from outbound. A quick test: ask your top buyer questions in ChatGPT and Perplexity a few times each. If rivals are named and you are not, you are losing shortlists you never see.

Should a SaaS startup hire an SEO agency before product-market fit?

Usually not. Before product-market fit, your positioning still changes, so pages written now may soon be wrong. Spend first on sales calls and a clear message. Once you know who buys and why, an agency can turn those buyer questions into comparison, pricing and use-case pages that rank on Google and get quoted in AI answers.

What should a SaaS SEO agency deliver in the first 90 days?

Expect a plan, fixes and live pages, not just a report. A good first 90 days covers a buyer question panel and a first AI check, technical fixes, first money pages (comparison, alternatives, pricing, use cases) and the first list and directory pitches. By the end you should see shipped work, a re-ranked plan and a monthly pipeline report.

Why does a SaaS company need to be on "best of" lists?

Because AI engines lean on them. From our platform, about half (49%) of Perplexity's sources on "which agency should I hire" questions were "best of" lists, many of them written by agencies. A strong page of your own is not enough. Find the lists that show up for your buyer questions and pitch their authors honest facts and proof.
